Self-Love Yoga for everyBODY…

My style of yoga is very unique, compassionate and inclusive, and right at the heart of it is the belief that yoga truly is for EVERY body. If you have a body and you can breathe, you can do yoga. I specialise in self-love, body positivity and empowerment for the mind, body and soul. I encourage my yogis to focus on how the body feels, not how it looks, whilst holding a safe, supportive and peaceful space for you to be nothing more than your authentic self. 

When it comes to yoga, I always refer back to one of my favourite yogis, Dianne Bondy, and my favourite mantra: 

“Come as you are. Use what you have.
Do what you can.”

I am qualified in Hatha, Yin, Children & Toddler Yoga, which I combine with my own self-love message.
I am DBS checked and insured with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
